Refund & Return Policy

At Nandin Erdene, we are committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and service to our valued partners and clients. As our business model primarily serves B2B clientele—namely high-end boutiques and fashion retailers—our return and refund conditions vary depending on the nature of the transaction.


1. B2B Partnerships

A. Wholesale Purchase Agreements

For retailers purchasing inventory directly (wholesale model), all sales are considered final unless otherwise specified in the signed purchase agreement. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the case of:

  • manufacturing defects reported within 7 business days of delivery

  • fulfillment errors on our part (e.g., incorrect size, item, or quantity)

In such cases, please contact us immediately at [your support email], and we will arrange for a return or replacement as applicable.

B. Consignment Agreements

For retail partners operating under a consignment model:

  • Returns and unsold inventory will be managed in accordance with the specific consignment terms agreed upon in writing at the time of engagement.

  • Return conditions, inventory rotation, and unsold item thresholds are detailed in each individual agreement.

Please refer to your signed consignment contract for specifics, or reach out to your dedicated account manager.


2. Direct-to-Consumer Orders

While rare, we do accept select direct orders from end customers. Our policy depends on the type of garment ordered:

A. Custom-Made Garments

All custom garments are final sale. Due to the bespoke nature of these pieces, no returns or refunds can be issued under any circumstance once production has commenced.

B. Made to Order / Made to Stock Garments

Customers may return eligible garments within 14 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

  • The garment must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • All original tags and labels must be intact

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging or equivalent

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.

Once the return is received and approved, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.


3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return (B2B or DTC), please email info@nandin-erdene.com with:

  • Your order number or invoice reference

  • A brief explanation for the return

  • Photos of the item (if defect-related)

We will respond within 2 business days with next steps.
